Megan Erbe grew up in Arizona playing softball into her college years.  She chose yoga as a way to stay active and fit, little did she know that she had found her passion.  After attending a life changing yoga retreat at Haramara retreat in Sayulita, Mexico; she decided to pursue teaching yoga.  Megan believes in the capability of yoga to change one’s life and perspective in powerful and positive ways.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a background in sports medicine, Megan aims to enrich and rejuvenate your body and mind.  She integrates yoga philosophy, mindful meditation, and the focus of breath and energy into each of her classes.  Her intention is to leave your body and mind feeling peaceful, balanced and invigorated after each session.   She currently owns, operates and teaches at her studio in Peoria, AZ.

Melissa Varnadore has always been drawn to tough workouts and pushing herself to the limits.  She played soccer, tried out kick boxing, and spent a few years doing corssfit and  lifting wieghts at the gym.  She has also always enjoyed hiking, which continues to be a large part of her life.  Finding yoga was different for Melissa than the other activities.  The linking of the mind, body and spirit with breath and movement drew her back to yoga classes every time.  Especially to heal injuries from the other activities.

In 2017 Melissa decided it was time to deepen her practice and enrolled in a 200 hour yoga teahcer training program.  By the time the training ended she had signed up for a two week retreat in India and was excited to learn more in the land where yoga began.  She recognized that sharing this practice was something that needed and desired to do.  Melissa vonlunteers with the prison yoga project; teaching yoga to juvenile and veteran inmates.  She has found a quiet in the chaos of life through yoga and loves to share this peace with the world.
