    • You'll move in the open air of the jungle, hike down to our own private beach, have meaningful conversations, chill in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean, read in a hammock by your cabaña, maybe try the sweat lodge. You'll step out of your comfort zone, relax deeply, and become part of an incredible tribe on this rustic adventure that will leave you feeling connected, inspired and free.

    • Megan Erbe Yoga has joined up with West Valley Wellness Center to bring you a new, inspired yoga class.  Integrating two ancient, healing practices into one relaxing 90 minute class.

    • Yoga is a mindful practice that focuses on the breath and body to quiet the mind.  The focus on body alignment and modifications makes it accessbile to all levels, ages and bodies.  We are currently holding Yoga Beginners and Chair Yoga on Wednesdays.  

    • Salt therapy, also called Halotherapy, has been used throughout history all over the world. Salt therapy is a holistic method that reproduces the natural micro climate of a salt cave by dispersing saline aerosol in a high concentration in a room.  It has benefits for the respiratory system, skin and overall wellness  The dry salt air is also anti-inflammatroy and anti-bacterial.  It is great for all ages and is 100% non-invasive and drug-free.

      Restorative Yoga at 10-11am followed by Yoga Nidra 11:15-noon!

      Join me for a restful and rejuvinating Sunday morning!  The perfect way to move from the busy week into a relaxing weekend.  Disengage from the world and soak into the quiet space beneath the mind.  We will move slowly through a restorative class allowing the body to become calm and the mind to quiet.  At 11am we will take a short break and also set up our Nidra nests.   Then snuggle in for Yoga NIdra.  

Only $15 for both  (option to choose only Nidra or only Restorative class for $10)

    • Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation that takes you through a series of breath and body techniques to bring you to the the deepest state of relaxation.  Allows for optimal physical restoration and interrupts the process by which we engage in stressful thought.

    • We live in a high stress world; measuring our stress in increments of hours, days, weeks...even years.  Our natural human bodies were meant to deal with stress in matters of 60-90 seconds at a time, the Fight or Flight response.  It is necessary to engage the opposite, to Rest and Digest.  How often do you deeply rest and truly quiet your mind?

    • Proven to reduce stress hormones therefore protects against conditions linked to chronic stress such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes type II, GI disorders, etc.

    • Aids in depression, anxiety, insomnia


  • Restorative Yoga

    • A series of 5-6 poses supported with props held for  5 minutes aimed to allow you to completely relax.

    • Breathe, stretch and  rest in a quiet, peaceful environment leaving you rejuvinated, refreshed and ready for the week!!

    • Restorative yoga balances the nervous system, boosts immune system, enhances flexibility and quiets the mind.
